Microsoft Gold Certified Partner

Gold Certified Partners represent the highest level of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies, and have the closest working relationship with Microsoft.

RW Communications Ltd is proud to announce our achievement of obtaining Gold status in July 2006.

At this level, we have access to the resources and support to stand out in the marketplace, including a Technical Services Coordinator, access to the Partner Knowledge Base, priority listing in Microsoft Directories, and other top-level benefits.

Microsoft Certified Partner

As part of our big push in 2005 we set out to achieve 2 recognised Microsoft standards. By adding Microsoft Certified Partner Status to our portfolio we have achieved this goal. Our new status gives us access to Microsoft engineers, helpdesks and support tools that total over £40,000 if purchased in the open market. We can now utilise these resources to better serve our clients and improve our own support services, to ensure the quickest resolution with the least disruption to your business. 

Small Business Specialist - Premium Member

The launch of Microsoft’s new Small Business Specialist accreditation was obtained by RW in November 2005. We were amongst the first 100 companies in the UK to achieve this new status, in May 2006 we took this one step further and became one of the first companies to obtain Small Business Specialist Premium membership. This accreditation will have a limited membership governed by Microsoft of 250 companies that show commitment to the small business community and have full understanding and the right resources to meet their needs. 

Microsoft Authorized Education Reseller

The AER Accreditation Programme identifies individuals who are qualified to recommend appropriate Microsoft Licensing solutions to their education customers. This annual programme seeks to improve dialogue between Microsoft and resellers focused on the academic sector. By updating us on changes and informing resellers of news, and listening to our feedback, Microsoft can then ensure that they continue to create innovative offerings to help those in education realise their full potential through ICT. We are proud to be part of this programme to ensure we give the best advice to the education sector at all times.

Microsoft Certified Professionals

At RW all our engineers are certified to at least MCP standards, but we don’t stop there. We ensure that our engineers also cover exams which are relevant to our customers and their needs. These can also be used for additional Microsoft accreditations and currently we have 2 engineers working towards their MCSA exams.

WatchGuard Secure Partner Professional level. 

Professional Partner is the highest accreditation Watchguard offer. This status recognises RW Communications Ltd long standing relationship with them as well as technical and sales accreditations to ensure we are able to meet the needs of our clients and the technical complexity of firewall administration. 

At this level with have access to senior Watchguard engineers should we require their assistance as well as software and forum resources to ensure we are always at the forefront of firewall support.
